Return/Exchange Policy

Now offering FREE RETURNS! You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will either refund, repair, exchange, or replace your product.

To start a return please contact us and fill out the form, including order number. Please note in the Comments Box why you want to return your item and specify whether you want us to refund, repair, exchange, or replace your product. Once we hear from you, we will send a pre-paid shipping return label to the email address used when the order was placed. 

 If you choose to pay for your own return shipping, please send items to the address below.

If we send you the wrong item or the item is defective, please call Kara at 406-261-9977 or email us at: info@damselflyfishing.com within 2 weeks after delivery. 

Shipping

Shipping is available for U.S. and Canada placed orders. USPS is our preferred shipping provider. If you live within 10 miles of Bozeman, MT you can opt for the free shipping method at checkout and we will deliver your order. In store pickup is another option. If ordered within the U.S. your package will arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders will arrive within 6-15 business days.  If you are located outside of the U.S. and Canada and want to place an order, please email info@damselflyfishing.com.
